OOS provides a complete Management Package to our clients for any DSV/MPV dry-docking and maintenance period scopes of work on a global basis.

OOS implement a three-step process during each project, based on our clients confirmed list of requirements, provide all third-party services required, supply the on-site required expertise and personnel and supply technical support where and when required to execute the scope of work throughout the duration of the project.

Phase 1: Planning

Phase 2: Execution

On-site Execution

Worksite management & supervision
Supply of OOS technical personnel (as required by client)
Supply of OOS Logistics Coordinator
Execution of work scope as per Project Plan
Liase with all related third-party companies

Daily review of Risk Assessments
Raising work permits

Phase 3: Project Close-out

Project Close-Out Requirements

Completion of works as noted on work schedule
Update onboard maintenance records
Update all certification packages
Budget review
Lessons learned review
Close out report to be compiled and presented to client
